Terms of Service

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be a resident or visitor in India.
• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You must not have been previously banned from the platform.

By using Partie, you represent that you meet these requirements. Accounts found to be underage will be terminated immediately.

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately at hello@partie.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.

As a host you agree to:

• Provide accurate party details (location, date, capacity, price).
• Ensure the venue is a safe, legal space and you have permission to host there.
• Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations, including noise ordinances.
• Not charge guests more than the listed price.
• Not cancel parties except for genuine emergencies (repeated cancellations may result in account suspension).
• Treat all guests with respect regardless of gender, religion, caste, or sexual orientation.

Partie is a discovery platform — we are not responsible for what happens at parties. Hosts assume full responsibility for events they organise.

As a guest you agree to:

• Respect the host's rules and space.
• Not bring uninvited guests beyond what was approved.
• Not record or photograph other guests without explicit consent.
• Leave when asked by the host.
• Not use the platform to stalk, harass, or harm any person.

• Partie charges a 5% platform fee on all paid events.
• Payments are processed via Razorpay. You agree to Razorpay's terms.
• Host payouts are made T+24 hours after the party date, subject to no active disputes.
• Refund policy: Guests may cancel up to 24 hours before the party for a full refund (minus payment gateway fees). Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable unless the host cancels. If the host cancels, all guests receive a full refund.
• Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of the party via hello@partie.in.

You must not:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent party listings.
• Use the platform for illegal activities (drug sales, solicitation, etc.).
• Upload sexually explicit, violent, or hateful content.
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate any user.
• Scrape, copy, or republish content from the platform.
• Create fake accounts or manipulate reviews.
• Use bots or automated tools to interact with the platform.
• Discriminate in RSVP approvals based on protected characteristics.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, content removal, and/or legal action.

You retain ownership of content you post (photos, descriptions, reviews). By posting, you grant Partie a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and distribute your content within the platform. We will not sell your content to third parties.

You represent that your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights and does not violate any applicable law.

Partie is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that parties are safe, accurately described, or will occur as planned. We are a discovery and connection platform — not an event organiser or insurer.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Partie's total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to Partie in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, with both parties agreeing to jurisdiction.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
